Malatya's famous sun-coloured golden fruit, Şekerpare apricots, gives the color and flavor of this traditional marmalade.
As with all our jams and marmalades, it is cooked slowly in copper cauldrons using traditional recipes.
It is produced using only seasonal fresh fruit, beet sugar and lemon salt. It does not contain any additives and glucose syrup.
