The flowers of the Acacia tree, hand-picked from the mountains of Tirilye town (our region) in Bursa's Mudanya district, give this unique jam its color and flavor.
As with all our jams and marmalades, it is cooked slowly in copper cauldrons using traditional recipes. This is the secret of preserving the magnificent flavors, scents and colors of fruits!
