Eşme quince, grown in the Gürsu district of Bursa and collected in season, gives the color and flavor of this traditional jam.

As with all our jams and marmalades, it is cooked slowly in copper cauldrons using traditional recipes. This is the secret of preserving the magnificent flavors, scents and colors of fruits!
