CITRUS HONEY; 

It is obtained as a result of the transformation into honey by our own bees from the richly floral citrus flowers that occur in the clean air of Datça, which is not an industrial zone, and in the temperate climate where citrus fruits like to grow.
It is a light yellow and fluid type of honey.
It contains the scents of citrus products such as orange, tangerine and lemon.
